No job is too big or too small and we treat all our clients equally with the same level of attention and care.

What recruitment services do you provide?

Our services are end to end. We provide Permanent (Direct Hire), Contract (Direct Hire) and Temp placements. Our Contract placements are fantastic for those peak times, or leaves of absence, when you need an additional staff member to help you overcome workload peaks. The Contract staff are engaged directly by you, but we do all the leg work to find you that perfect fit.

Where are you currently providing recruitment services?

We are currently providing recruitment services nationally across the SA. Our candidates are located all across the country and as the market has transitioned to more remote and work-from-home opportunities, we are able to assist with local and remote talent across the SA.

Do you provide contingency recruitment services?

The majority of our recruitment is contingency. That simply means we only get paid when a candidate we present to you, starts with you. We source and introduce exceptional event candidates that meet the expectations of the role and fit within your culture. We do our due diligence and ensure you are meeting the best talent available from within our networks and through extensive nationwide or global headhunting. If you employ our candidate, our fees are due. If you do not take our candidate, there is no fee from your end. It’s that simple.

Do you provide retained assignments?

Absolutely, contingency or retained assignments. We are here to help you. Our clients return to us again and again, because of the quality and efficiency of our service. Retained assignments allow us to structure and control the recruitment process through a single partnering approach, saving you time and resources and providing significant value to you in the evaluation process.

Do you advertise our roles?

Yes, we do advertise roles but we never list your company’s name, ever. But to be honest, the vast majority of our candidates come from our database, existing networks and headhunting searches. We present candidates with the roles they are looking for and make the perfect match.

What are your fees? And guarantees?

For our permanent placements, we offer a 3 month guarantee of replacement in the unlikely event things don’t work out with the candidate after hire. Our fees are extremely competitive, which allow us to service all our clients fairly from boutique firms to global agencies. Get in Touch so we can discuss your talent needs. How long does the recruitment process take? When will I receive resumes?

As event professionals, we understand that when you have a staffing need, you usually need someone quick! We are constantly nurturing our candidates so that when you need someone, we can respond to you with a qualified shortlist within reasonable time. We like to work in teams, so everyone in our company is available to help you place your role. And on that note, we take the time to make sure that the candidates we present to you are not only right, but are interested in YOUR role. That means we do not send you speculative CVs. Winning!
